The support base material plates are selected from five or seven layer birch (hardwood) plates with high stability in the Nordic forests. They are alternately bonded with high-strength professional environment-friendly phenolic resin glue. After bonding, all the base material plates are checked by ultrasonic scanning to avoid minor bonding defects. Phenolic resin adhesive is a special adhesive for navy, which can provide great resistance to the natural expansion and contraction of the substrate, and at the same time, it can maximize moisture resistance.
